  • Assist in clarifying procurement scope and budget, and develop a procurement schedule aligned with project milestones.

  • Purchase and manage approved FF&E and OS&E, including invoice compliance, shipping logistics, and installation oversight.

  • Coordinate and oversee moving logistics, develop comprehensive owner occupancy mobilization and demobilization plans, and establish and implement property maintenance protocols.
