Simone Brahinsky

Simone Brahinsky is a dynamic entrepreneur and seasoned design professional who founded DSGN Consulting in 2018. Based in New York City, DSGN Consulting delivers design management and project oversight services to private clients and developers. Simone’s career in architecture and design spans over a decade, with a strong focus on high-end residential and commercial projects. Prior to establishing DSGN Consulting, she spent nine years as Vice President of Design at Extell Development Company. In this role, she oversaw the design and execution of several high-profile, ultra-luxury developments, including One57, Central Park Tower, and 50 West 66th Street. Her expertise in managing complex projects and her passion for the intersection of design and project management have earned her a respected reputation within the industry.

Simone holds a professional architecture degree from Philadelphia University and is an active member of several esteemed organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Architectural League, and the New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

Originally from Dallas, Simone developed a love for rowing while attending university in Philadelphia, where she was a member of the crew team. Outside of work, she enjoys baking desserts and traveling with her family.
