About DSGN
DSGN is an independent advisory firm serving private clients and family offices undertaking complex residential projects across the United States.
Acting as a project advocate and trusted advisor, we provide owner's representation, project management, and construction advisory services for luxury renovations, custom homes, estate developments, and other exceptional residential properties. We help guide planning, design, procurement, construction, and occupancy while keeping projects organized, accountable, and moving forward.

DSGN was founded on the belief that owners benefit from having an experienced advocate focused on their interests. Our role is to bring clarity to complex projects, coordinate diverse teams, and help clients make informed decisions with confidence.
Founder
DSGN was founded by Simone Brahinsky in 2018 following more than two decades of experience leading complex design and construction projects.
Prior to establishing DSGN, Simone spent nine years as Vice President of Design at Extell Development Company, where she oversaw the design and execution of some of New York City's most prominent residential developments, including One57, Central Park Tower, and 50 West 66th Street. Working alongside architects, consultants, contractors, and ownership groups, she developed a practical understanding of the leadership, coordination, and judgment required to deliver ambitious projects successfully.
Today, Simone remains actively involved in every engagement, providing strategic oversight and serving as a trusted advisor to private clients and family offices.
Our Team
DSGN is supported by a collaborative team of project managers, coordinators, procurement specialists, and client support professionals. Together, we provide owner-side leadership throughout planning, design, construction, and occupancy.
Our relationship with many clients extends beyond project completion, supporting the ongoing operation, care, and stewardship of their homes long after construction is complete.
